Terms and Conditions — eSIM shop (offer)

These Terms apply only to prepaid travel eSIM sold on esim.avitovip.com. Transfer bookings on avitovip.com are governed by separate terms. You buy a digital prepaid mobile data plan (eSIM). Delivery is by email with installation instructions after successful payment. You must verify that your device supports eSIM and is not locked against adding new profiles; compatibility warnings shown at checkout form part of this contract. Prices are shown in EUR as a guide; the payment step is charged in RUB using an exchange rate shown or obtained from our bank or payment processor at checkout time. Connectivity services are provided via our wholesale partner (Airalo). Coverage, fair use, speed caps, and validity start rules follow the plan description in the catalog snapshot at purchase time. If provisioning fails after payment, we will retry automatically or refund the paid amount to the original method where required by law; otherwise contact info@avitovip.com with your order ID. For complaints, contact info@avitovip.com. Governing law and venue follow the statutory rules applicable to consumers dealing with a Turkish company offering electronic services.

Mobile data for your eSIM is delivered through our wholesale connectivity partner. By paying you authorise us to submit this order so the top-up can be applied to your line.
